Abstract:
Wayne Lai, a popular and renowned actor in Hong Kong, famous among Asia. Lai has achieved much praise for his roles, especially in the TVB drama Rosy Business which created a big noise in 2009. Lai won numerous awards upon his showbiz career, including Best Supporting Actor, Best Actor, 2009 TVB Anniversary Awards, My Favourite Male Character and TVB.com Popular Artist.
Apart from his excellent career, Lai has also engaged in the community, especially towards children and youth development. He has been helping numerous non profit organizations, including Children’s Cancer Foundation, Salvation Army, ICAC, HKCSS and Hong Kong Caritas, etc., in promoting their work and raising fund for their projects. Lai was the ambassador of Junior Police Call and Sowers Action.
