Introduction: Hong Kong Alzheimer’s Disease Association aims to provide services and resources for dementia sufferers as well as their family members.  The Association promotes early detection of the dementing illness; offers persons with dementia an opportunity to live at home through supportive care; facilitates access to multidisciplinary assessment and care planning; gives advice and organizes continuing and appropriate care in the long-term; relieves the burden of family members or care-givers of dementia; advocates better knowledge and advance care planning for the disease.
