Which animal can represent Asia most?

Some may say tigers are symbols for Asia as they come all across Asia, ranging from the Persian highlands all the way through India, China, Japan, Malaysia and the Pacific Islands. More than that, tigers are also becoming a symbol for sustainability and a collaborative Asia as far as their habitat being protected, the scale of natural environment could be preserved. However, 100 years ago there were 100,000 tigers in the wild, today there are as few as 3,200.

Created by DotAsia, Ajitora (meaning “Asia Tiger” in Japanese) is a tiger born from the Internet Root, and he  joined Global Tiger Forum (GTF), World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and TRAFFIC to support Tx2 (#doubletigers) campaign by tiger range countries (China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Nepal, Laos, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Russia) and a pledge for sustainability to rejuvenate wild tiger population without compromising economic growth by means of education, propaganda and brand collaborations.
