Hamilton Perkins Collection is a certified B Corporation®, offering designer travel bags at an affordable price, while holding the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.  Each bag is made out of 100% recycled plastic bottles and lined with vinyl from repurposed billboards. Each bag is different, each bag is unique.

“The bigger goal I always had was to build products that mattered,” entrepreneur Hamilton Perkins says. The new bags are more affordable than a leather luxury bag but also reduce carbon emissions, save water, and create jobs in developing countries. With every bag sold starting at $95, Hamilton Perkins Collection and its customers reduce waste levels, cut carbon emissions, conserve water – and create jobs. They partnered with Thread, a social enterprise that works with recyclers in developing countries. In Haiti, the source of the plastic bottles for the bags, more than two dozen recycling centers pay community members for old bottles, then clean and crush the plastic. Then the plastic flakes are sent to the U.S., spun into yarn, and woven into a canvas material.
