For this December and January, XCHANGE: Social Gastronomy and Go.Asia will present a number of food-waste-inspired culinary ideas ideal for joyful feasts on every Saturday afternoon at Oi!. To start with and celebrate the International Volunteer Day on Dec 5, Go.Asia volunteers will show you how to make simple yet presentable veggie tempura and no-knead spring onion bun.
