 Know what you “Eat”: Eat Organic, Eat Local, Support Fair Trade
 Love Food Hate “Waste”: From Farm to Table, utilizing and re-distributing resources fairly.

About one third of all food products worldwide are lost or wasted in food production and consumption systems every year. At the same time, almost 900 million people around the world are threatened by starvation.

Nearly 3,600 tonnes of food waste is disposed of in Hong Kong every day (accounting for nearly 40% of all Municipal Solid Waste disposal – equal to 300 double-decker buses by weight). At the same time, 1.3 million Hong Kong people live below the poverty line.
