Detail: The three month programme offers more time and therefore more flexibility to volunteers. This programme can be customised to an individual volunteer based on their skills and interests. The stay would commence with the 21-day Cultural/Social Development programme. Volunteers could then explore aspects across all of RUCHI’s current activities

Theme 4: Organizational Capacity Building
Theme 5: Research Theme and
Theme 6: Local Customs and traditions theme.
Background: The International Volunteer Programme allows people interested in sustainable development to live in an Indian village and work along side local people on practical social, environmental and economic projects. Here, the volunteers will experience day to day life in a rural village.
