原來「最佳食用日期」不等於食物的「死線」! 根據香港地球之友委託香港浸會大學所做的81款「最佳食用日期」已”過期”3個月至7年的罐頭類和預先包裝的餅乾類食物，發現總含菌量全部符合食用安全及衛生標準!
