The SciChef Cooking Challenge aimed to promote science and cooking is now open for secondary school students to participate. Students will learn some basic science knowledge and their relationship with cooking. Students will also have a chance to closely observe the cooking demonstration hosted by Michelin-star Master Chef Chan Kwok Keung, Champion of a TV Programme “Apprentice Chef”.
