機構名稱：豐剩

簡介：豐剩是一群由來自香港各地，不同身份背景的志願者組成的一個非牟利組織。組織目的只有一個，減少浪費食物。現階段只向各飲宴籌劃者呼籲捐出飲宴或酒席剩食（如婚宴、壽宴、謝師宴等），豐剩將派義工到飲宴現場收集打包好的剩食，再分發給有需要人士。
