詳情: 可持續發展食物研討會由Ecovia Intelligence主辦，是一項國際性論壇，致力探討食品工業中各項重要議題，特別是與可持續發展及環境保護相關如有機食品、公平貿易，熱帶雨林聯盟商品等。有別於過去在歐美國家舉行這個會議，大會今年決定將首屆亞太區可持續發展食物研討會移師至 星加坡舉行。屆時將安排四節研討會及 一個工作坊，詳情如下:

Detail: Sustainable Foods Summit is an international series of summits that focuses on the leading issues the food industry faces concerning sustainability and eco-labels, such as Organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, etc. It has been held in America and Europe last year, and will be held in Asia for the first time in November this year, the Summit will focus on food ingredients, organic market potential, food fraud & authenticity, and marketing best-practices.
The inaugural Asia-Pacific edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit will take place in Singapore on 28-30th November 2017.
