Background: The Campaign, sponsored by the Standard Chartered Hong Kong 150th Anniversary Community Foundation and convened by the Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, gathered up three local environmental groups including Friends of the Earth (HK), Green Power and WWF-Hong Kong to reach out to corporate sector, schools and public respectively to spread the Take a “Brake” Low Carbon Action. It is also fully supported by the Environment Bureau, the Government of the HKSAR.
