“Ready to Change (RTC)” is the latest mental health public education project of New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. Despite the improving information flow and awareness of health among members of the public, there is still huge room for improvement in public understanding of mental health and mental illness. RTC delivers correct mental health knowledge to the public through advertising, social media, booths, workshops, etc, with the ultimate aim of enhancing public awareness of mental health and changing people’s misunderstanding of mental health/mental illness.
