Healthy Diet Habit has to be built since children early age. When kids learnt the correct food knowledge, they will bring it back home and affect their parents, especially on how to select real food which is good for their growth.

Varsity, a magazine published the Hong Kong Chinese University had interviewed school principals, mother, dietitian and the founder of Think.Cook.Save health & food education, getting their opinion regarding children’s health and the food education in Hong Kong. Indeed, the health and food revolution has been spreading throughout schools and some families in Hong Kong. We hope Hong Kong parent can learn from the experience from Western countries and understand that too much processed food and drinks will cause damage to kids’s health.
