Introduction: Hong Kong Association of Deaf was found in 1976 by a group of deaf volunteers. It is the largest and oldest ngo which dedicates to serve the deaf and their families. The Association also represents Hong Kong in World Federation of the Deaf, and attends various local and international conferences.
