Details: Youth Upward Mobility Mentorship Program (YUM) is a specialised for HK students graduating form 6 who are not eligible for further tertiary education.  It based on the GUESS Model which incorporate collaborative efforts from Government, University , Enterprise , School & Society, this 18-month program offer an alternative for youngsters to get themselves prepared in their career to promote social upward mobility. Different job opportunities & vocational training will be given to candidates for their career development. Cases will be reviewed and evaluated by professors from Poly University of HK to government for future youth policy development.
