Organiser: HKSAA

Detail: SAA’s Annual Walkathon is one of their biggest fund raising events to kick start their year of activities. Money raised is not only used for general medical purposes (including maintenance of elderly animals), but also for animal welfare issues.

This year’s Walkathon has a special theme of “doggie special agents”, each participating dog is a special agent with its own special agent identity card.  Each participant and owner has to complete a series of “missions” in order to win a prize. The underlying theme remains the same as last year : “Miles of Hope, Miles for smiles”.

Participants can either bring their own dogs or form a “good fellow team” with dogs from SAA’s  kennel, raising money for the geriatric animals.
