Detail: The PFS Sea Classroom is onboard the Little Blue Trawler, a 15.6m converted ex-fishing trawler. The PFS team is passionate about the sea and wants participants to experience the beauty of Hong Kong whilst they learn about the issue of plastic marine pollution. We believe this will help people to better understand and appreciate the need to take care of our oceans.
Hong Kong students are our targeted participants for this unique educational activity. Onboard, the students will learn in a classroom setting and have the opportunity to experience sea surface trawling and data analysis. The PFS Sea Classroom has three learning areas: indoor, covered back deck and uncovered top deck.
The vessel complies with Hong Kong licensing regulations. PFS staff are first-aid qualified and safety is our top consideration. Join us onboard for real life engagement in plastic marine pollution education.
