Go.Asia is pleased to join force with PolyU School of Design to organize the “Festival Vernissage: Social Gastronomy”, a preview event for the annual 10 day fest.

Celebrity chefs along with members of grassroots groups will demonstrate how “less-than-perfect” ingredients can be salvaged, designed, and transformed into a “more than perfect” feast for social good. The opening shows how private kitchens are a key site for social innovation: together we can reduce food waste, eat well, and fight income and food inequity.
